I thought it was pretty damn good.

Then you really need to get out more. It isn't good.

Next time:

Pizza Delicious
Ancora
Pizza Domenica
Dolce Vita

frick, I prefer Tower of Pizza in metairie more than Slice.

I didn't say it was the best I've ever had, but most of you are acting like it's on par with Poppa Johns.

I've had it before. I thought it was good but I preferred Slice just a touch more. My girlfriend prefers Dolce Vita's sauce.

Extremely over hyped

Who the hell is over hyping it?

It's okay for it's namesake, but come on.

Honestly I'd take Papa John's over Slice, and that's not even taking cost into consideration.

I don't know what to tell you. I liked it 10 years ago but it's really average at best on a good day now. I'm not sure about Papa John's but I'd probably prefer Pizza Hut.

It's average. My office orders from here all the time and I listen to everyone rave about it, but I believe it's a 6/10.

I've always enjoyed PD. But I rarely deviate from a combination of garlic knots, shaved brussels sprouts, and smoked pork / gorgonzola pizza

I was leaving my sister's in the warehouse dist. and saw a bum under the overpass. We had ordered pizza that night, and I took the leftovers because I was being fat. I felt bad for the guy, and didn't have any cash on me. I rolled down the window, held the box out, and he asked, "oh is that from the Slice? That's good pizza."

I laughed. Even the bums in this city are food snobs.
