How is Brightside as far as IPAs go?

I was able to finally pick up some Ghost yesterday at my local Rouses and the guy in front of me was shite-lording the six 4 packs they had left of Brightside. Is it that good? I'm really digging the July batch of Ghost. Next up on my list is Jucifer. Gotta find it in Nola now.

Haven't had the most recent batch of Brightside, but I think Jucifer is the better hoppy offering from Gnarly Barley. Jucifer has a better, cleaner finish in my experience.

The one time I had it I didn't think it was anything special. Middle of the road IPA, imo.

It's not really the same style as Ghost or Jucifer. I think it's pretty good.

I like it and Jucifer. I also like Radical Rye.

It is okay, I've never been a fan. It isnt even in the top half of their best beers.

It's behind Ghost and Jucifer. Still pretty good, however. Definitely worth trying.

Lakeview Grocery had all 3 of the before mentioned brews as of this morning. Keep it between us though.

Saw cases of it at Rouses Uptown a couple of days ago.

Brightside is good but I've found it to not have the same longevity of other IPAs. Also as others of stated, Jucifer is just on another level.

I would compare it equally to Abita Wrought Iron IPA. That beer is really good when it's super fresh, it's just hard to find it fresh so no one seems to buy or drink it locally.
