Room temp over a saltine, chased down with an ice cold Bud. Throw in a pickled quail egg now and then too.

I can't agree with this.





I would LOVE to try the HHC that tastes better than Bourgeois's. They have the best I've personally ever tasted and nothing has even come close.

Naw, although, that might start a new fad! ,,, just sat em' on the grill to let em set up. setting up room is at a premium when you mix up a big arse crawfish cooking pot of cheese.
