I've seen that before and it's darn funny. It was worth another watch.

No. He's not boiling crawfish. He's cooking raw crawfish tails in a butter sauce and it actually sounds pretty good...almost like bbq shrimp.

I didn't suggest that you should. I hope that's not how you actually search for threads. Do you think that's how I found the thread? Anyhow, I was just responding to the question in the title of your thread.

He's calling them "crayfish" the whole bloody time, he kills the damn things with a knife and uses a rolling pin to squeeze the tail meat out of the body. It's an abomination.

He's in Arizona. Most of the world calls them that.

He's not boiling the crawfish and the whole "dead crawfish are bad" is a myth debunked by LSU ag center. He's also cooking on a camp stove and it seems like he's doing a demonstration of something you could cook while camping...catch some crawfish and cook them. And why does it matter how he gets the meat out...once again this is not a crawfish boil. Have you ever peeled a live crawfish? I haven't. I have no idea how easily the meat would come out if I tried the same methods as I do when boiled.

The English in the video was more painful than the boil faux pas.
