How can I ship/mail a bottle of wine to a friend?

Package it like normal. When they ask what you’re shipping, say olive oil.

It’s not rocket science.

Buy a bottle online and have them ship to your friend as long as he lives in a state that allows it. That’s the legal way.

What the other posters have said. Use ups or fedex (whichever is cheaper). You can look that up and compare pricing/pay on shippo.

Do not use the post office. It’s a federal offense if caught. Ups/FedEx only but it’s still probably not legal depending where from and too and what it is. Bubble wrap a good bit then in a box packed TIGHT with peanuts. Double tape the top and bottom seems. Run a single strip on each side of the center tape top and bottom. Run a single strip along the corner seal of the box that glued. If it’s real expensive double box it with a layer of peanuts between boxes.

This is how your box will be traveling.

They make air bags and styrofoam bottle shippers. Keep it snug in the box and add a box of .99 Mac and cheese. Helps from them not hearing the liquid.
