Will be staying at the Hyatt Regency downtown next weekend. Heading to Spindletap, Eureka Heights and Brash breweries. What is the best store to buy beer at in that area? It looks like breweries in Houston are not allowed to sell canned/bottled beer? Mostly want to buy Spindletap and Eureka Heights beer.

Don't forget Sigma and Ingenious, if you can make the trip to B-52

Both Spindletap and Eureka can sell you cans. Otherwise, Specs on Smith St., close to your hotel, will have whatever you want.

Eta: though Spindletap had only 5% Tint and Heavy Hands canned last time I went

Always feel like I have to remind people to go to Saint Arnold. Coolest spot to drink beer in town, and lots of choices and good food. You should definitely put it on your list.

Check out the Craft Beer Cellar downtown. Great selection of cans and draft beers from breweries around Houston and Texas in general. The bar side will fill 16 oz cans or growlers for you, and you can make you own 6 pack on the retail side.

Glad someone had the balls to say it. Hands down Saint Arnold is in a class all its own.

St Arnold is supposed to be coming out with a DIPA version of Art Car. I’ll be a purchaser.
