Thoughts on Brisket and Rice?

Went a couple weeks ago and enjoyed it. The fried rice is a great dish. Not sure it is worth the drive for the regular bbq as Truth and Pinkertons are better or at least as good.

Are you talking about Chisholm Trail on the south side of town?
No fool, I'm not talking about Chisholm Trail. There was a local Golden Corral type buffet restaurant with amazing fried chicken. They still had a smoking room well into the 2010s.

Updated original post on page 1 with picture of Beef Dino Rib from Pinkerton's. The food was absolutely delicious. In addition to this, I had 1/4 lb of brisket and the Mrs. had the smoked turkey, which she thoroughly enjoyed, as well as a side of potato salad.

I didn't care for that place in Montgomery, it was fine but nothing special.
