some of the best burgers ive have had were with egg, breadcrumbs, and some type of french onion soup mix. Granted i was drunk.

I also thought "cake burger" (burger topped with strawberry cake) was the best thing ever. But I was absolutely hammered at a tailgate.

Please whatever you do put plenty of egg and breadcrumbs in them. Please, I'm fricking begging you.

Use about half a can of tony's and 2 tablespoons of salt per burger. You can't have enough seasoning

Extra lean meat.

Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty and handle the ever living shite out of those burgers. Bring the kids in and pretend its playdoh.

Don't put a dimple in them.

Now blow some of that salt off of them I had you put on earlier.

Whatever you do, I repeat whatever you do, DO NOT use a fricking cast iron skillet. Gross.

Press the hell out of them while they're grilling, the fire those gross juices will cause will give your burgers a nice firey taste.

Enjoy!

The valuable information in this thread of disparagement is the advice to tread lightly in the handling.

Great info that I did not know.

I typically put mustard seed and dill seed in my meat so I won't have to use condiments or any garnish later.

Better to wash that down with a bud or coors light?

I usually get brisket ground up for me at Fresh Market. I was just letting the dude know that eggs and breadcrumbs don't have anything to do with the meat you're using.

Water with a touch of ginger. Cleanses the palette between bites.

I should have posted this the first day.

Must grill them with a splash of Rose Wine when turning. Buy meat with lots of fat and keep fire hose handy to put out the fat on hot charcoal fire.

Turn one time only. Make patty bigger than bun to take care of shrinkage.

Stick a half empty beer can up it's rear end. No wait, that's beer can chicken, not burgers. Forget I wrote that.

Nice if a little pink in middle.

Use mustard mayo mix and slightly toasted buns. Lots of tomato, not so much lettuce and plenty of pickles. Onion is optional because it gives me indigestion sometimes. Not a big fan of purple onion, but I will eat it if that is the way you serve it.

Kettle Chips rule! BBQ Beans are a nice side if they are good.

My work here is done.

The 2015 Burger fights may continue now.

Last guy standing wins.
