Looking for ideas that do not have pastas

Pasta can be very healthy. Other than that, I have nothing further to contribute.

Jasons deli
while they advertise they have no transfat, dont be fooled by the marketing. you cant go in there and eat just any whole sandwich on the menu guilt free. i think their california club is about 2000 calories and thats not including a side or drink.

not knocking jason's deli. just be aware of portion sizes when eating.

Yeah, I'm that person that could eat my weight in chips and salsa. I LOVE IT.

Mayo, certian breads, and cheese JACK UP th calories.
Wheat, turkey/ham and some veggies will keep you in line.

Used to work the grill/oven there. Pretty much everything gets covered in some sort of butter/cream based sauce. If you ask for it grilled with just seasoning they will do it though, happened plenty of times when I was there. Be careful what sides you get though, the stuffed potatos are loaded with butter/cheese/sour cream and we used to crank out hundreds of them a night

Just about any Greek and Lebanese restaurant is healthy. Any of the fat accumulated in these dishes are mainly from the olive oil which is not high in sat. fat which is the most important fact to watch out for. Albashas is the best, its filling and healthy
