I keep seeing corn ribs on social media. I watched a lady making them and it appeared to be too much sugar for a dime plus you lose kernels when cutting the corn, it appears. What do y'all think?

Here's a video of Pioneer Woman making them.

Sounds like ‘you’re getting more than you paid for’…which is why it didn’t make any sense in context.

Inclined to agree. Love fresh corn, but I can't stand it in my teeth so I don't eat it directly from the cob. I also hate having to cut through something really difficult.

It looks like it tastes great, though. The seasonings/dressing would be good tossed with fresh corn cut off the cob.

I would eat it but probably won't take the time to make it. My favorite side to grill is fresh corn on the grill and then I cut the kernels off like they do in that picture to eat.

Trader Joes has them already made and Ive heard good things about them. I won't be doing them myself but will probably try the trader joes version.

PS its only another fun way to eat corn, don't get your panties twisted.

tried them at a tailgate a few weeks ago. I'm not a fan. But, I'm not really a fan of corn on the cob. Gets stuck in my teeth.

That’s why I grill my corn on the cob and then cut the kernels off to eat them. I hate biting into a cob.
