I am shocked how much better it tastes than the old Coke zero. It really does taste like regular Coke.

Well in fairness, I don't drink it plain, it is always a mixer. To me it tastes no different than jack and regular Coke

Then you have forgotten what coke tastes like. I only have a couple full sugar drinks a year and wow, they really taste like candy when I drink them.
I drink Coke Zero all of the time and it tastes nothing like full sugar coke. Not knocking Zero as I said, I liked the original and I have no problem with the new version but they in no way taste like full sugar coke.

I didn't like it at first. Just different. The other day I saw an old coke zero can in a store and it's not as good.

I think the rebranding was a screw up. Coke Zero was well established. Coke Zero Sugar sounds like Coke Zero...Sugar not Coke...Zero Sugar.

When I drink zero a lot then go back. Canned coke has a citrus bite to it.
I can switch. I prefer zero at home, but cannot stand soda fountain zero so get coke when out.

It's not bad but it doesn't taste like real Coke.
It has a weird taste to it but it's better than when real Coke changed their formula in the mid 80s. That stuff was freaking horrible.
