Just ate at Popeyes actually since a buddy wanted to go. I got a tender meal with red beans, my buddy got a 3 piece with large mashed potatoes. They gave both of us small mashed potatoes. And after eating the combo I'm still hungry, and it was the same price as a box combo

This is why canes is popular and moving up the rankings. Good quality, good service, good price

Explain Popeyes and Church's prices over the past 15 years.

What food can you buy today for the same as 15 years ago? Certain fresh vegetables , maybe some can goods, not much else.

I don't have a problem with the price; I just don't find it all that good even when comparing it to other fast food.

When my mom was an accountant there she had to train as a fry cook. Several years back.

Still like that today. Even if you are a CPA that gets hired as a Senior Accountant in financial reporting they still make you work a few weeks as a cook/cashier

For once I agree with Martini. 10-15 years ago you could buy a 10# bag of leg quarters for $3.99. Now they're $6.99. The raw cost of food has almost doubled. The company wants to sell more 'boxes'. When they had 5 fingers it was too big of a portion for anybody except the rube keyboard jockeys bitching in this thread. That's why they lessened the portion so that more people would order it.

I opened 2 stores and managed 3 of them before I found my current vocational calling.

That being said, if you ever have a chance to party with Todd Graves, say yes. He ain't scared. Trust me.
