This place is supposed to open next to Golds Gym in Prairieville soon. They said April, then May, and now it looks like June based on the lack of construction going on in there.
Does anyone know the people behind this? Can I get excited about decent BBQ?

I am sure the delay has at least something to do with the tornado that hit the bldg. It is the same people that own and run Jasmines on the Bayou on Jones Creek, which has been a solid and well run place, so I look forward to Hannah's

Jasmine's is great so that's good. BBQ isn't something you try though so hopefully they get it together. The tornado didn't touch that side of the building so I doubt that was it. They hadn't done much prior to the tornado either. Just a lot of materials laying around with inside walls exposed still.
Ready for some BBQ over there.

Had mostly good reviews when it first opened, only complaints I remember were small portions, high prices and took a long time to get your order, keep in mind this was in the first week or two of them being open
I went about a month ago, called in an order on the way, it was ready at the window when I got there, apparently they listened about the portion sizes as it was too much to eat, prices are on the high side, but I feel I got what I paid for, ribs and brisket were both great, beans were terrific , mac n cheese was okay, and I really liked the vineager bar b que sauce. I hope the place does well as it is close to the house and I really enjoyed the food,

Very good. Not cheap, but felt the quality made up for it.

Bbq was good. Sides ok.
Heard great things about the fried chicken... its made to order - so 15-25 min wait. I was lookin forward to it and waited one day last week.... not impressed. Flavorless. Crispy, but flavorless.
Savin my fried chicken meals for Stockyard.
Ive eaten there 4 times, i believe.
