Gumbo for Gumbo Competition Information

Have upcoming Central Florida Gumbo cook off 3 weeks from today. Due to a recent emergency surgery, severe complications and extended hospital stay. I'm being physically unable to compete. As a past champion they want me to be there and have a high quality gumbo for the attendee's. They have allowed me to use a pre-made product if I can find one that is worth using and meets my standards. I know nothing of what might at this point be available at this point. Only thing in can think of is a Folse or maybe Link product?
In the opinion of this board who back home produces a high quality product either fresh or frozen of a chicken/andouille/okra gumbo that I can get for somewhere in the neighborhood of $15-25 per gallon as I have a budget of $250, not including shipping.
This needs to be ready to an all inclusive ready to geaux product that all I have to do is gently heat and serve.

I like to think I'm an applied scientist, but the business cards always say engineer.
Would those Chinese take out soup containers get brittle in LN2? I wonder if they still leave the cryo lab in the basement of Nicholson open. It's gameday, someone get on that...

Aren't there commercially made gumbo's of relatively high quality that are made by companies like Folse or Link's etc that some restaurants use.
Guess what I'm looking for is a restaurant/chef noted for their high quality gumbo that also has a product they sell for off premise consumption or a Louisiana based food service company that has one. Maybe what I'm thinking off just not available.......

Not Folse for sure. A very good one that will ship is Don's Seafood but not sure if they will ship fresh or frozen. And they run about $40 a gallon but perhaps you can strike a deal. $250 is not going to get you a long way especially if it includes shipping.

Folse has frozen gumbo that I see in the grocery stores. I've had one that a local restaurant served and didn't care for it. It was far from the best I've had. I'm sure Cajun Grocery sells various gumbos, but I haven't had any of them. I've shipped a gallon of gumbo before in quart containers. It's not cheap.
Maybe someone like Link or K-Paul's would make a deal with you since it's a fundraiser?
What about finding a talented local caterer who could make it per your instructions or per a recipe you provide like Paul P's chicken and andouille gumbo? You could order a good andouille for the caterer to use.

Can't you just tell them to go pound sand? You just had major surgery and it's a nothing gumbo cook-off.

I could.........though it's our signature yearly event, not an uninformed opinion "nothing gumbo cook-off" for our Fishing Florida Radio and a fundraiser for Angler's for Conservation's Hook Kids on Fishing which gets them off the couch and unplugged something I find important.
I will be there in any event so was looking for some informed opinions so I can hopefully at least offer a good representation of our classic dish.
