We will be in Gulf Shores for Labor Day weekend. Closer to Fort Morgan side vs. Orange Beach. Where should we go to watch the Tigers on Sunday night? Appreciate any other food/drink recs.

Not sure about best spot for game, but we went to Jesse’s on the Bay on the recommendation of the board. I really enjoyed our meal. Should try to get reservations if going.

Follow the smell of aquavelva and corn dogs wherever it leads.

Sorry I couldn't help myself. I'll see myself out.

Ice House. Family that owned Cadillac Cafe opened it right off 59 behind the Original Oyster House. Will be a big LSU crowd there.

I asked for food recs in GS a couple of weeks ago and was told to stay away from GT'S On The Bay.
I didn't listen and ended up eating the best burger that I've ever had! The place was really nice and the service was super-fast.
"GTs Burger $17.00
A gourmet blend of Certified Angus Beef® ground chuck, short rib and brisket, blackened and served with shaved tasso ham, smoked Gouda cheese and grilled onions on a toasted sourdough bun."

We also ate at Gulf Shores Steamer closer to Perdido Key and it was also excellent!

I watched LSU play A&M at Florabama several years ago. That was a fun time. May actually be there Sunday night as well.

I don't know if they will have the game on but the Cove and the Sloop have some good food and have some TVs, id call and see if they plan to have the game on maybe. I heard big daddy's grill is good food too but I have not been yet. Those are more local places not the tourist trap types around the hwy 59 area and fort morgan road.

No way! They must've fired everyone and started over.

Glad you had a great meal there.

Im being 100% serious! We had to stop ourselves from going back the next day. Everything was excellent! I told the wife that I think we found another must go to places when were in the area.

Seems like that would be the most fun option in the area, but it's quite a trek from Ft. Morgan.
