Thanks. Navy Cove, correct?

I’ll definitely order soon. I’ve had yours before. Great product.

Good luck.

Yes that’s correct. My business partners are both retired Marine Biologists from LSU and are both great guys to work with. They really know and love oysters and aquaculture. Thanks Otis

I live in BR and I met C through the guy that owns the Marcello's restaurants in Lafayette and NOLA. When there was still a Marcello's here, C would sometimes show up with oysters and I was lucky enough to be around for that a couple of times. Fantastic oysters!

Last time I saw C was when I delivered a case of wine to him in Fairhope last February.

Yes he speaks highly of Gene. We have some demand for oysters in BR but our wholesaler doesn’t distribute there. Most of the oysters were going to Atlanta, Houston and Nola. I lived in BR for 8 years and then settled into Gulf Shores after the oil spill. I met C in Ft Morgan. He had a LSU shirt on and I said Geaux Tigers. We’ve been friends and now business partners since.

Fate.

Tell C hello for me. I am Gene's friend that brought C the case of wine (I think it was Clos Pegase) last year. I was visiting a cousin in Fairhope and I muled the wine there for Gene.

Just ordered a 100 ct. box of Navy Cove for delivery Friday evening. Shipping included, cost was less than $124.

I ordered some this past week. They were delivered last Thursday. I ate them on Saturday. They were fantastic. They weren't huge like a traditional oyster but they were the perfect size with full meat. I hate some on the half shell and I ate some chargrilled. I shared with another couple and they all thought they were fantastic. They are not cheap but they're definitely worth it. They're packed with ice, they're very clean, and they're ready for eating out of the styrofoam box. If you love oysters I highly recommend grabbing a few of these. And they were VERY clean.

I bought some last week on a referral from this board and they were the cleanest oysters I have ever bought. I assume it is how they are grown.
Smaller side, but very full, salty, and best for raw. I found the Shell was small to chargrill.

Give us an update after delivery and consumption. This sounds like a good idea.

Otis2 these are some of the finest oysters we have ever harvested. Conditions have been perfect for salinity. They are fat, plump, salty and happy. Eat a couple raw with nothing on them then proceed from there.

Full disclosure:
I live in Gulf Shores, but am from Hammond, and my grandfather was a shrimper from Destrehan.
Navy Cove oysters are the best oysters I’ve ever tasted. No need for horseradish, cocktail, cracker, nothing.
They are not your .25 cent oyster.
They will change your life for the better.
Navy Cove Oysters are legit.
Try them at sassy bass in ft Morgan.
