Do not want unseasoned, raw crawfish tails.

Saw this yesterday. My assumption is that he's blanching these so he can peel them and then cook the tails further in another dish? I mean. Surely that's not a final product. He knows better.

Yes that's what he does. Rest of clip is cut off.

Still terrible.

when you buy frozen crawfish tails that's exactly what you are getting
blanched and peeled

Have zero issue with cooking them like that for this kind of presentation.

I saw it and commented to my wife, "Did he just do that to piss off a bunch of people or what?"

And the guy calls himself a chef....

The chick at 1:48 channels my opinion on his scrambled eggs.

I actually tried his egg cooking method and will stick with mine. His were still a little wet/uncooked for me and for my family.

I think your chick with raised eyebrows and head shake is actually a guy - a ballet guy, but a guy.

Exactly, and what a fiddly way to make the simplest thing in the world to cook.

That entire video and fake impressed reactions was ridiculous

And can confirm the "chick" is a male ballet with a horrible accent that I'm pretty sure is fake. He dates a girl I know from HS
