Anyone know where I can find some decent smoked sausage in Raleigh? And what brand would I be looking for?

I would call and ask these folks.
It might even be worth the road trip to Carthage. Looks like a cool mom and pop operation.

Tried them about 6 months ago. It was...good?
My first thoughts were incredibly overrated. But taste is subjective. I find Rabbideaux's to be way better. Either one is better than anything in Raleigh NC.

I'm just looking for some to put in jambalaya. I was just hoping for something better than Johnsonville.

Looks like the following are available at Harris Teeters:
Holmes Andouille
Aidells
Conecuh
Kayem
Wright

The Holmes products I've tried are pretty pedestrian. Have not tried their Andouille nor any of Aidells, Wright, Kayem products.
Conecuh is very good. Recommend using it unless you want to have shipped from some LA specialty stores.

Aidells
I think Aidells andouille is the best option in my regular grocery stores here in Georgia.
