1000 sq ft is really small, but honestly that won’t last long on the market. Being on the water is not “good location” over here, unless you’re crazy loaded. Up the Jourdan or Timber Ridge are far from everything...but being on the water would be super nice.
Being in old town suffices for ‘water front’...go downtown or to the yacht club. Golf cart distance is mostly how the coast works over here.

The Chimneys. Gulfport. Great view of the gulf from their front porch. Great food. Our favorite by far.

Pre-Covid my husband and I went to the Mockingbird Cafe in BSL - it’s a little coffee shop with an ok breakfast
Bankhouse Coffee in Long Beach is also good
Last time driving through Gulfport we stopped at Murky Waters - it was really good - I thought
We also ate at Shaggy’s for Mardi Gras 2020 - it wasn’t the best place ever but it was kid friendly and the cocktails were good

White Cap in Gulfport has good food and a good view. On the beach road.

Bacchus in Pass, Steve’s Marina in LB, Saluté in Gulfport. TBT has new waterfront restaurant in Gulfport with a Mexican flare. Don’t remember the name but the food & atmosphere was great.

Thorny Oyster is our newest BSL offering. Guessing Smoke will open in the new hotel, The Pearl, soon as well. Their bar called Hinge is open.
