I've been going to Big Mikes since he was using a charcoal pit in the old Tastee Donuts and you right..... he is rarely sold out. He may be out of Ribs or turkey or brisket buts it's never before 2PM and it's rarely more than one item. I've been in there at 8-9pm and he still as something to serve. Being completely out before 1 is a flat shitty business model.

You should have seen him congratulate himself after putting up the sign.

I think they did run out though because our waitress said they weren't going to get to eat anything because of the sell out. I said that was pretty fricked up.

Just stopped by for some burnt ends. Waited in line, got to counter, out of burnt ends. Put a fricking sign up. It's all I wanted. I wouldn't have wasted time in line.

All BBQ joints run out of stuff from time to time because it's not a cook to order business


But to hype up your place in articles in the paper and run out of food after 2 hours is pretty bad
