So, Ellic is getting one of these. I fully admit that I've either never been to one, or my visit was so long ago that I don't remember. Possibility would be Jasper Tx. if they had one.

Anyway, my perception of this place could not be lower. The chocolate wonderfall was both disgusting and hilarious to me.

So, this little area will have Outback, Logan's, Tx Roadhouse, Ryan's and now Golden Corral. I guess the good news will be shorter waits at other places on Friday night? How terrible is this place?

Golden Corral will do really well in Alexandria. The Pentecostals and ghetto bros will love it.

I like the little kid who explains math to his dad, in terms of price per filet at Golden Corral.

they are hit or miss. the bad ones are gross but i went to one a year ago that was brand new and had a different feel. had stations vs a buffet and had a guy carving the roast beef and it was actually really good.

dessert bar was awesome too. its not awful just depends on if its new or not

Exactly. The one in Baton Rouge has been renovated and was pretty nice in my opinion. Went to the one around Mobile off of I-10 a month ago and was mortified.

It's not bad. Sure the food is gut wrenchingly awful combination of unregulated Messican produce, grade E beef, horse meat and Chinese sewer seafood. But at least it's a place where thousands of government assisted degenerates can all commune and have their germs, bacteria and mucus interact and form new organisms and disease for science to combat. It serves its purpose.

My MIL will dance in the streets with this news. Thankfully now she will not ask me to take her to the one in Shreveport anymore now that Alexandria is moving up in the foodie world.

We went to golden corral a few years ago after watching football and drinking all day, seemed like a good idea when drunk. Even drunk the food tasted awful, thats how bad it is.

Our other big news is Olive Garden. Would be no big deal, but my wife loves it. Loves it for salad. That gives me monkey head.

Golden Corral has good rolls.

And all you can eat brussell sprouts. Can't find that just anywhere.
