They open at 11:30. How early do I need to get there?

I happened to be in the area and went several months ago and got there around probably 11:30... the line wasn't all the bad, but it moves very slow. It was probably close to 1 before I got my plate.

I've heard people go on a Saturday at least 90 minutes before. I don't think you should have an issue getting there 60 minutes before on a Friday. I could be wrong, but better safe than sorry.

At least an hour from opening in my experience. Otherwise you’re in a bind with stuff running out. Lots of large orders.

11:00 is early enough the times that I have gone. But no later than that.

I wasn’t first in line but there were only a handful in front of me. The line does stack up quickly though. From 11:15-11:30 there will be 50 people in line.

Now yall got my questioning myself. I could've sworn they have had a few Saturday openings where they stay open for at least 2 hours until they sell everything.

Check them out their page on Facebook. They post there often. That will certainly answer any questions on when they are open.

Outside of Thursdays for burgers and Friday for the full menu I have only seen them do pop ups some times or charity fundraisers like hogs for the cause.

We went there on a Friday this summer - I think we arrived around the time they started serving and got everything we wanted. It wasn't too bad of a wait - maybe 30-45 minutes. I dunno if we got lucky or if things have gotten busier.

Get there before 11:00 and you should be good.
Or go earlier and drink the free beer they put outside in the ice chest.

Holy shite that was so damn good. Possibly the best spare ribs I've ever had.

The boudon was a revelation. Never had it smoked before. Absolutely delicious.

The brisket was on point, but next time I'd just get more of the other two.

My advice, don't even bother with the sides. They're good, but the meat is so amazing, why waste time with sides.

I was there at 10, the sixth person in line
By 11 the line was looooong. They only let 12 on at a time, so bring way back, you'll be waiting a while.
