and aside from steaks, what other dishes, appetizers, sides and desserts are must tries?

Short ribs (from what I have found on here)? And ...

I will b there tonite for a dinner mtg. Their Calamari Salad is one of my favorite items in town.....

The beet bomb is my favorite appetizer on that menu. The carpaccio (beer or tuna) is very good as well.

Tuna tartare and calamari salad are a perfect contrast to start, both are awesome.

Their sweetbreads are great, but their tuna tartare is my favorite thing to eat in the city.
