Getting rice to taste like restaurant hibachi

My favorite hibachi restaurant uses some kind of garlic butter in its fried rice. Tastes really good.
Does anyone do this at home? Was thinking of trying this with cauliflower rice.

That's one way to definitely not get it to taste like hibachi rice

Shotgun hammers their rice with garlic and butter. Almost an obscene amount.

Not sure about cauliflower rice but typically day old rice works best. You need a hot arse griddle too, stove top won't give you the same results. Butter, eggs, soy sauce, S&P. You can also mince some onion and carrot.

Get a a stick of real butter and let if soften, add in a heaping tablespoon of minced garlic (I use the one out the jar) and a squirt of ginger (I use the bottled one). Put it on a hot griddle, let it cook for about 30 seconds then dump your rice on top the butter. Let it cook a few seconds and then start mixing it up real good

I found this video two years ago & make my rice pretty much just like this. Only difference is I fry a little bacon before adding the chicken & I omit the chicken base.
