I'm cooking a 30 person jambalaya and drinking bourbon/coke then coors light. What y'all got going for the first cold front of the year and gameday?

Lots of beer. Deer sauce piquant for main meal and a lot of grilling

Smoked boudin and juicy IPA’s. When the room starts spinning a little, I’ll switch over to abita strawberry

Weather is fricking brutal up here. Will be drinking 32 oz miller lites and cheese curds at the badger bar tomorrow. Planning to head to the Chicago LSU bar for your game so all bets are off for that. If we stomp MSU things could get loose.

It’s been cold and rainy so I pulled some gumbo out the freezer. Wife is away so I’ll be watching the game alone, don’t feel like cooking.

Finally! I’m glad it’s cold and rainy. Got so tired of the 90+ degree heat

Tony's garlic butter cajun injector, oddly enough. I then dust them with Tony's seasoning when I throw them on.

Sauce need not apply. They are packed with flavor and spice enough that the sauce would likely conflict with it.

Man that sounds good.

I use some vegetable oil then dry rub to keep them from drying out

I'm usually not sober enough to notice if they are dry. No one complains though.

Hubs is a Florida grad and we never can watch the whole game together, so I invited a houseful of neighbors over to keep us from fighting.

Crawfish bread
Gator bites & swamp dipping sauce
Dips with Zapps Voodoo chips
Purple grapes, crudites
Rum cake
Hurricanes
Assorted beers

We've been hitting the specialty meat stores pretty hard lately, so clearing out some of the freezer. Not sure what yet but we have all kinds of stuff. Au gratin stuffed mushrooms, chicken sauce piquant, rabbit meat for stew, pans of cornbread dressing/broccoli and cheese, etc.

Its my birthday so I don't see myself cooking, but who knows.
