Come on now...how many smoky restaurants are there these days? The restaurants left that allow smoking still don't care about you bringing your kid in there, so don't go. The owner might not have opened his restaurant to feed your snotty nosed kid, so go elsewhere and let the restaurant do its own thing.

Still being dishonest. Smokers are not allowed to do as they like.
There are legitimate governmental restrictions on smoking. Day cares, schools, perhaps more.
Bars is not one of them. Bar owners should determine that. Period.

I actually used to do promos and got asked to work Hustler for Mardi Gras this year. $500/day for 5 days to toss condoms and beads from the balcony. The opening is still available
