One suggestion and it's only that ... your menu (4 pages) looks ambitious. I understand the appeal of wanting to please many different palates, but if you're not moving product as quickly as you plan, your food costs will go through the roof.
Sometimes simpler is better.

well ..... sorry to say the food was not good.
Veal parm was terrible. Chicken parm was bad. Alfredo was ok. bread may have been the best part of the meal.
