Houmas House chef, Jeremy Langlois, will be on Chopped next Tuesday night.
On twitter he said to watch him run around like a crazy person. Will be fun to watch a local chef.

There have been a lot of LA chefs on that show this year. I'm going to double check to make sure I tape this one.

Very excited about this. Jeremy is one of my favorite chefs, and Latil's is my favorite restaurant in Louisiana. DVR set.

I sat by him for an Abita dinner at Galatoires a few years ago. Seemed like good guy. I'm a fan of the show, so I'll be watching.
