Follow-up from yesterday's thread: this may be the best thing I've ever made

Marinade/sauce for the pork: onions, ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha, peaches, honey.

Salad: Spiced walnuts (cayenne, ginger, allspice, cinnamon), Creole mustard & rice wine vinaigrette, baby arugula, grilled peaches, goat cheese, shaved shallot.

Yes, the peaches got a little bit charred, and no, I don't give a shite.

Seriously thinking this is the best thing I've ever made. Like to the point of I want to make it again later next week.

Love those grilled peaches. Fruit plus nuts plus cheese is the magic salad formula....

Agree. I am a sucker for salads like that. I even buy the little baggies of roasted nuts with dried berries for quick salads at home.

I would have maybe pealed and cut the peaches down so that they are more manageable for a salad, but that looks solid.

Was the sauce well balanced, what did it taste like?

Had that nice ginger bite up front, both tart and sweet, and the Sriracha on the finish. A+++ would make again.

Looks fantastic. I don't see the peaches being over charred. Nicely done.

You make the most "un-kosher" dishes. Looks great though, I would eat it.
