Tried the one on Seigen once and the waiting area was totally full. Looked around and realized I was literally one of a kind. Anything else you need to know?

Wife demanded we go to the Siegen location shortly after it opened. $1oo for butter soaked seafood. It was ok, but we have not been and wont go back. Worth mentioning we were literally the only folks of the fairer complection there

I've never eaten there because for what I've seen the clientele was Applebeesish with a hint of Golden Corral....

Yep...the trashiest guy I work with loves the place.

That's all I need to know.

Maybe they’re mafia backed - but I know Vietnamese people own them

They go into places that have failed bc those properties are a lot cheaper

The one in BR is packed on weekend nights - and from what I heard it’s not the cheapest of places - however I think it’s appeals to certain clientele

They did the same thing around Jackson, they opened one in Pearl, Madison, and Ridgeland. All within a few months apart. Same menu, similar names.

butter soaked seafood

Is this a new trend? I looked at the pictures and they look much the same as some pictures I see on Facebook from some setups in gas stations and another place that just opened somewhere with a big buffet. All the seafood looks like it has a butter and Italian dressing type sauce poured over it. Lots of snow crab clusters, lobster, shrimp, occasionally crabs and crawfish when in season. Some of those places have turkey necks, sausage and, hard boiled eggs other things, all with this sauce covering everything. It may be good. I've never tried any of it.

I love king crab, but I've never had the snow crab clusters lot of seafood places seem to selling.

never been, but what a terrible name

Kind of like Stinky's Fish Camp.

The name alone just turns me off.

One recently opened up in Alexandria. I looked at the menu and thought Joe’s Crab Shack. I have intention on ever eating there.

Ive been staying at the Tru hotel next door to the location at Citiplace, and this place has been packed every night of the week. This seems to be the place to be within the African American community.

Looking at the menu, I would probably get a fried basket to go. They offer fried rice with everything.

Im not a fan of shellfish with seasoning and sauce on the outside.
