Absolutely, she does. My sister is in town and I'm heading over to Cornelius Pass Roadhouse for happy hour. More beers to follow.

Heady is still a solid beer, but am I the only one who feels like it's lost it's luster after they opened their larger brewery and it's so much easier to get?
I actually had a Heady earlier this evening because I didn't want to drink one of the rarer beers in my fridge.

That's the owner's wife. She's a sweetheart. Works for Intel, and is originally from Gulfport. Oh, and her arse is spectacular...

I agree but I will say this, alof of other breweries have caught up including ones in LA. I also drank a Congress Trillium and it's all good but its not damn I need this beer.
Treehouse is still creating the bar.

Block 15 Board Shorts. Pale Ale with passion fruit and Guava. I know Nick is just fricking around for fun on this one, but this is really good..
The proprietor of my bar had one of these and he didn't even need to tell me where he got it.

Agree to a point. Congress Street is definitely plentiful, so it's not as special. Their staple beers are much easier to get. Frankly, I've yet to have a beer from LA that truly rivals Trillium. Envie is no doubt a good beer, but it would be one of a couple dozen in Trillium's tap list.
The difference, in my opinion, is that Alchemist puts out very few beers compared to Trillium, but it's extremely rare that I drink something from Trillium that isn't great.
Last time I was at Trillium I had:
DDH Stillings
Stillings
A Street
Sleeper
Fort Point
A couple others that are escaping me
Those aren't as readily available, and are as good if not better than Congress. Alchemist is too one-note. After Crusher, Focal Banger, and Heady Topper, I couldn't tell you what beers they put out worth much.
