Basically said I was gonna be going without asking if the weekend was a good time.

We have a young kiddo so I got a guilt trip.

I have to circle the wagons and re approach the situation.

Come on man, you got this. All of us married guys have been there.

Do like I did once... have the wife drop you off with permission to go spend money at the mall. After she spends all your money shopping she can come pick you up

NBD is an Instinctive Drift, wheat IPA. Another cloudy juicy IPA. New German hop called Ariana. Orangey beer, with a touch more pine than the previous IPA.

Sounds like you've got some good stuff to drink.

It's been a slow process to seeking better and better beers, but I love it. My buddy flew up from Charlotte for the UW/LSU game and traded me a barrel aged Mexican Cake for a Dark Lord. It was the first time I'd heard of it, but I don't think he'd bullshite me just to get a DL.

Nice looking oysters Kim.

FBD

First time trying their flagship and it might be my Anthony Bourdain Waffle House moment.

SBD

Delicious juicy, funky brew. Always enjoy Crooked Stave.

Hmmmm. Saturday afternoon you say?
Without LSU football my weekend just opened up.
I'll see if I can convince the wife lady to attend...

Eta: never mind. I'm a dummy. It's that release party that I didn't get tickets to. Carry on.

Yea Grtiger and I are goin at noon Rouge. I believe ListNibbler is goin around then too.

HF: It's the HSF release so you may need a ticket. Either way could meet up at Petrol after. I plan on getting my pours and swag at Brash and hitting the bricks. I'm not metal enough to hang out there.

Imperial Stout? Just checked ratebeer and the style score isn't all that high. Don't get me wrong, would fricking love to try it.

We also got a couple variants of the Quit Hitting Yourself. Haven't cracked one of those yet.

They were great. Gulf oysters are so good this time of year.

Chitown, you are new around here so I must tell you that Zappas is joking. He has an incredibly sarcastic wit that is unmatched.
