Chitown, you are new around here so I must tell you that Zappas is joking. He has an incredibly sarcastic wit that is unmatched.

Thanks. My exposure to any Abita consists of a sixer of Purple Haze I picked up this summer.

NBD is a short put of Cerebral Tulpamancer. Dry hopped oat saison.
I'll admit I think the oats smooth out the mouthfeel (shoutout to Ryno). Crushable beer, with a pleasant dry hop presence. This saison fits my palate.

GF got home late, cracked a Founder's Rubaeus, and gave me the last 1/3 of it, so I guess that would be SBD, after my bourbon.

Thanks. Been on TD for a few years ever since the UW/LSU series was scheduled, but only once or twice on the F&D board. Good crowd around this place. Not to mention, I have an affinity for LSU after my interactions with their fans up in GB.

Great beer. I hear that the brewer is loco though. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

On the board? This place is entertaining as hell. That's why I like to come back. It takes a decent amount to get me worked up.

Talked to a ton of LSU fans up in GB and to a person they were all awesome. Made for a great weekend.

NBD is a Cerebral Tandem Jetpack. DIPA

Ho. Lee. shite. This is tops of any "new school" I've ever had. Hazy, creamy mouthfeel. Big citrusy pineapple nose. Flavor is straight pineapple mango and lemon peel.
I've gotta get a crowler of this back at some point

I didn't make the trip, but I have many friends that did. Without exception, they said that it was a great trip and the UW fans were great.

I think our fanbases may be kindred spirits. Death Valley on a Saturday night is definitely on my bucket list.
