Finally decided to have a beer after working from home most of the PM.

FBD is a Prairie Noir while watching some college hoops.



Very good. Not as complex as Bomb, but that's tough to match. Lots of oats. Silky mouthfeel. A little whiskey burn balanced by roasted malt flavors. Wouldn't mind getting another one of these to age.

1/16/14 really an outstanding beer, haters can hate but this is truly a great beer. Blows last years out of the water

Glad you fixed the pic. I was a bit confused about the "haters".

BTW, great beers don't have year-to-year consistency issues.

Not a bad beer, but no where near the level people try to make it out to be. Definitely doesnt live up to the hype.
