You are 100% correct. It is fantastic. I still have a few. May open one tonight.

I wish I still had one sitting around, think I went through my stash already.

Should be back on the shelves really soon.

Cold beer, wet glass poured down the side of the glass gently and at an angle. It's not ideal but it can be managed.
Overall less carbonation will be better but it wasn't a disaster.

After my first pour I did this and never had another issue.

I always found it very hard to pour. I've poured lots of Belgians, etc. and the Parish Farmhouse Ale was as tough a pour as I've seen. Way carbonated. Not saying this is a bad thing, just saying.

Just used an Emeril recipe. Pretty easy. It was my first time coming it so I've got room to improve but it's pretty solid considering

Also put a beer on ice for later, found out I have at least tomorrow off too.

Their RIS (or IRS as they call it) is world-class and probably the best beer they make. If it were limited in quantities, had a wax top, and was only released one day a year at a brewery-only event, people would go nuts for it.

Completely agree. It is definitely a special beer.

It is a bad thing, though. I hate over carbonation. It takes away from the enjoyment of the beer when you have to nurse the pour just to get some it in the glass.

Just pour that Farmhouse IPA into one of these, and your problem is solved.
