I thought this was a mistake a couple weeks ago when I was in the Jackson whole foods but it was marked the same this week.

Leinenkugle's curious attempt at a pumpkin style beer.

This fall brew starts off with a strong punch to the tongue of stale allspice they attempted to dilute in water they dumped in from an old leather work boot. I taste notes of lemon, weak artificial pumpkin, and duck urine. Finishing with a strong after taste of soap suds. I strongly recommend drinking one of these before drinking an established better pumpkin brew so it can really bring out the flavor of what a Fall beer should be.

Next was a taster of The Jackeroo, which is ok, followed by the Apprentice and The Pupil, Pupil is fantastic. Now having a full pour if that.

Dropped the 4miles name and the bartender is buying my next round. It's good to have connections.

Only times I have tried that my company was sold and a female bartender took a swing at me.

FBD: STA's Lily Flagg

Delivered to me in an exchange with a Birmingham friend a while back. Decent milk stout, nothing exceptional.

Unfortunately domestic. Wild duck urine would have given it more bang!

I'm okay with pumpkin ales. Shandys are horrific and pumpkin shandys should poured directly into your sink

Lonesome Traveler(s) is(are) one of the last talked about beer(s) in the State.

If it were bottled there would be hype.

There are a few bars where mentioning me would get you bounced out on your arse. Showing up at Societe with Ghost and fresh Zombie Dust might have been one of my better decisions. They are brewing some fantastic beers
