Had brussel sprouts for the first time last week and freaking loved them. Ordered them again soon after. Definitely looking into cooking more of them.

I love me some Brussel sprouts.

Still working on this Petrus Red bottle. Takin is slow this evening after last night.

Had them at Peche and Butcher this past week, working on how to recreate them.

I've had both thiers. They are pretty similar. I think Butchers is a bit better

I am not a fan. But I had roasted BS in a spicy veggie rice at East Side King (Paul Qui) and it was amazing.

Bulldog must have their taps fricked up…I ordered a Hop Odyssey White IPA and it tasted like a solid saison…now on the bottle it tastes most definitely like a white IPA and it's rather meh.

or I could have just been fricked up

LBD - Founder Dissenter IPL
Thought it may hold up better in this company, but it has the nose of a wheat beer with a hop pellet, taste thin, and leaves a dry aftertaste. By itself it may be more impressive, but in this grouping it is lackluster at best.

Like this one also. I think we need tallgrass here.

That's the food porn winner of the day edging out Ro's sauce and your ribs. Damn that looks good and sounds better.

I've already conceded the beer winner to Jax for ensuring the beers he had today weren't malt bombs

NBD Saint Arnold 20th Anniversary Barleywine. This is a nice beer. Smoked ham and rice dressing for dinner.

The best way for them (and really any veggie) is roasted.

If you want to die of disbelief, make these:

It's not even believable how amazing they are.
