A store by me still has one of the HUGE Mikkeller Red/White Christmas ales and I keep trying to get them to sale it to me for a discount. Drinking something that size is what FBD legends are made of

I bought one at Stein's about a year and a half ago. It was okay .. nothing spectacular. Split with a buddy.

R2r have you made it over to Aline St Beer Garden at all? I haven't heard any talk of it round these parts. Would be a shame to see a place with that many taps not make it. Fwiw I haven't been but I'm looking at a place right around the corner with the possible intention of making myself a regular there.

I love the weather out in Cali and the beer but at the end of the day, I love Texas more

Sounds like you are having one hell of a trip

I am old as the hills and bombers get finished at my house.

I would say that I finish all bombers, but there is a Sweet 16 that I had to split up. However I think I should be allowed a pass on that one.

I went once during Mardi Gras. Didn't really get into the beer selection though. Lots of good German stuff I saw.

I drove by on Saturday night after dinner at Ancora. Was probably around 8:45 and there were maybe 4 people there? Not sure what the problem is .. I see some sketchy folks hanging around there a lot of times, maybe they're keeping potential clients away.

Great approach to apartment hunting. I lived 2 blocks from Ave Pub for a year and damn I was there ALL the time.

turn to the nearest Dodger fan and ask them how they liked that sweep up in San Fran over the weekend.
