mcdade's at I55 and north side drive is decent. hops and habanas in madison is good (you'll be able to fill some growlers if you have any).

H&H growlers

H&H inventory

Coater or s14 will be the experts on this, but I hear that Hops and Habanas is a good place. I don't think there is much up there that we can't get here--Tallgrass, Yazoo and maybe O'Fallon.

my girl is fairly anti-kids .. at least right now. she's 28, we've been dating for 4.5 years and she still rolls her eyes at the mention of children.

I just looked in my fridge, and I find 3 6-packs of Abita Strawberry...

I have no idea how these got in there. I know my wife didn't buy them.

If the beer fairy is going to bring me beer, I really wish she would bring me something better.

I usually buy one or two sixers of of strawberry, but this year it wasn't good at all. I am ashamed of buying it. Don't judge me

Ro, if you are looking to buy some stuff to bring back to NOLA, I'd recommend Yazoo's Hop Project or Sue. Also, Tallgrass makes some good beers: 8-Bit, Oasis, Velvet Rooster, Buffalo Sweat.
