Its different every time, because I dont have a recipe. I use so.e combination of soy sauce and/or coco aminos, mirin, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce. Usually I reduce it to intensify the flavor, and then marinate. Later, I add honey or corn starch to thicken it a bit and create a glaze...

I have fun with it.
