Having a movie night at the house.

FBD - Frog Hops to Amager Imperial Stout. It's a collaboration between Hoppin' Frog and Amager Bryghus out of Denmark.

First Movie of the Day was "The Fly" and now I'm watching " A Streetcar Named Desire"

Yep. It should be foolproof. He just needs to make a trip to the FedEx place.

It's only available for on site consumption at HotD.

So Parish is expanding correct?
When it happens will we see more every day beers from them? Maybe GITM all year round in a 6pack? Will they branch out into stouts and porters? Maybe release barrel aged products?

Taking the night off. Probably would have taken the previous 2 off as well had GITM not been released on Monday.

Got some good beer lined up for tomorrow night though.

Narwhal? Pretty mundane for you Wiltz. I actually have a few of those.

Trying to cut through some inventory and clear space for some incoming brews. That one has been sitting for a few months.

I guess I must be wrong then. It seems I've had 2 varieties of Adam from the Wood, but my memory is not what it used to be.

No, they have released bottles before. I'd love to try that one. I hear it's amazing.

I have zero experience running a brewery, so what I say is all a guess. I think we'll see more specialty beers, but the big thing I'm sure they're going for is increasing volume of their money makers such as Canebrake and Envie. New Orleans still doesn't get bottles, and Canebrake and Envie are big hits on tap here. The boring beers make the money.

I hope GitM is only brewed 2-4 times a year. I'd rather get limited quantities of fresh stuff rather than regular availability to 3+ month old stuff (see endeavor)

Your impressions?

- It's a very good DIPA, but I wish it was in smaller bottles. It's a lot to drink at once!

That's the stone beer that's not a stone beer (you can see the stone gargoyle in the label design)

Agree but as long as Ham and bbrou are around I don't see that beer sitting on the shelves. Small bottles would be nice. I don't have many maven to share with on a regular basis.
