FBD was a Canebrake while cooking dinner.
SBD is Divine Reserve 13. Realized I still had not tried it yet, and B inspired me to have a quad
Good stuff

To be fair I had the Titan after a Hoptimum
Yeah, hard for any IPA to follow Hoptimum! FBD is a Great Lakes Rye of the Tiger.

RBR will be fine, but the jalapeno/cheddar corn bread came out fricking divine and moist. It was probably the butter and heavy cream (I don't measure shite I just mix till it hits the right consistency).

Seeing that Great Lakes gets me excited. Was told I have 8-6packs, 4-4packs, a growler and a pint of beers headed back my way at the end of the week. I know that one of the six packs is the Edmund Fitzgerald porter.

I really like Great Lakes stuff. I enjoy having different beers to drink and these are a treat. If you don't get any the Edmund Fitzgerald, let me know and I'll hook you up. I have 2 nephews that have been working in Ohio and sending me boxes.

FBD: Fat tire.., meh, but I hadn't had one in quite a while, so I picked up a single.

My mule is coming back from Detroit in a few days, he said he has a 6 pack, debating on asking him to pick up another. I sent him with $200 and a list. He sent me a text saying that he got everything that was available on the list (some seasonal) and still had extra money. I just told him to rescue beers that needed a good home.

I personally think there are much worse choices available.

If he does pick up extras, I know a kid in Laffy that would take one or two off of your hands.

I agree... I don't think ranger is a pace setter or anything, but it's a drinkable IPA... Easily the best of the NB regular lineup IMO

I'm drinking vodka all night. It's going to get ugly.

Yeah, pretty meh beer IMO. I have not spent any $ on any of the NB stuff--not a fan.

It is an excellent porter. Great Lakes' Lake Erie Monster, a seasonal DIPA, is out now too.

I might make that call. He is there until the end of the week so it shouldn't be hard for him to pick up another 6 pack. If bbrou heads to BR next week I might have him bring them back your way.

I hope that is in there. He did say I have a growler of DRIPA (Kuhnhenn) so I have that at least.

I gave rampant a shot since Zappa seemed to enjoy it... It might have been the worst DIPA I've ever had... I don't mind ranger and will buy a couple on occasion, and some of their lips of faith stuff is interesting...
