FBD was some Homebrew Wheat Kveik NEIPA with South African Hops over at Miel.
SBD was their chocolate coconut Weizenbock, Bluthwiess. Absolutely killer - mild sweetness from the grains and adjuncts without being cloying, yet retaining the toasty, dessert-like flavors from the yeast and coconut. SUPER delicious. Been too long since I’ve been here and it bothers me because this is the top tier of beer in the city with Parleaux.
TBD was a taste of his Flor de Jamaica, a hibiscus, pink sea salt, cinnamon Gose. Also completely amazing. It tastes EXACTLY how you’d imagine. Tart, spiced, floral, slightly aweet. DELICIOUS.
