Wow. Crap timing for UT but I would bet he didn't leave the area disappointed.
And La Cumbre's Elevated IPA. Three great IPA's. I'm pretty sure UT wishes he had more time to sample more beers. I did go with him to The Beermongers, and they had a Drake's tap takeover going on at the time. He did get to sample a good cross-section of Oregon. A handful of world-class breweries and a few taprooms for good measure.
