NB'sD-working across our northern neighbor's offerings at a cool British Pub that was nice enough to locate in the lobby of my hotel for the week

St. James IPA
Ft. Garry IPA
Keith's Single Hop IPA

None of these would be confused with the 3 Way I had last night (obligatory )

All easy drinkers, would be session IPA's in our parts, but still beats the you know what out of the BMC swill on some of third taps. Really cute servers, I went to stinkdog creeper lengths to get them in my pics and imgur is fritzing. Maybe it's too cold?

FBD - De La Senne Taras Boulba.

Almost like a farmhouse. Nice grassy/earthy bitterness. A fitting cap to all this yardwork I just did.

That looks tasty.

Edit. Apparently I've had it and only gave it 3 bottle caps.

I had pretty low expectations coming up here based on you and Ms. S14's Canadian experiences. Reading up on Keith's, it's one of the oldest breweries on the continent, with their start in Nova Scotia in 1820, bought by Labatts, subsequently by InBev....but then again, Abita is one of the oldest breweries in LA and they are sucking hind you know what compared to almost all the other newer ones.

Wat? You had a beer dated last year in your house? Was it under some Thanksgiving decorations you just picked up?

Yeah, go ahead and try Alexander Keith's IPA and you'll be begging boss man to send you back to 'Merica in no time.

ETA: tastes about like that Miller 64 I saw in your cellar the other day

It was with some Ten Fidy in a box in my closet. I guess it was a remnant from a trip to Pensacola earlier in the year.

That MGD64 is in there like a sponge soaked in stink bait drawing ft in so I can catfish his arse when he crosses the AP/EBR line trying to poach my beers

ETA: another St. James IPA while checking out some new talent
