Haven't had either, so I can't help much, but I know that DBA is my least favorite FW beers that I've tried. I may just have weird taste buds, but I wouldn't reccomend the DBA. Anybody else want to chime in?

I agree. It is my least favorite of all FW brews I've had by a long shot.

FBD is a Commotion. This is the 5th can I've had from the sixer HeyPaul brought me. Like I've said before, this is pretty good, but not on the level of Envie IMO.

I had an unearthly this past weekend that was apparently not fresh. It was quite a contrast from the first time I had it on draft when it blew me away

Great, the place I go ends up having the only mediocre FW beer. Typical

No BD for me today, driving our asses off today and tomorrow. Will probably take a few days off before getting back in the saddle.

It was a blast. Bands were great. Weather was perfect. Tried testify by yalabousha which was really good (bourbon barrel milk stout). Gordon creek brews (pale ale and a pepper beer) were

All the other usual suspects were there. I basically drank a bunch of la folie, mystery romp, testify, and assorted IPAs. Hopefully they'll have it again next year. We ended up hitting up Nick's new restaurant, cilantro, on the square afterwards (I was too far gone by that point but the food was great).

3BD - BJ Brewhouse Hopstorm

Not my choice of venue, but figured I would try. Decent actually.

Yeah, wife and her best friend WERE NOT happy to hear that they closed the Fondren location. We did brunch there just about every weekend I was in Jackson the last year or so it seemed.
