3bd - Karbach Barnburner. Got mom, dad, sister to taste it, all liked it. "I don't really like beer but this is good" from mom. Its all about knowing the audience.
This is what we had for dinner:
First time using a pit to try and smoke something. It was okay, but I'm an expert cook. Just confirms my opinion that anyone who says "a grill/bge works just as well as a wsm" doesn't know what smoked meats are supposed to taste like.

I bought one of those yesterday along with another lips of faith and when I was taking them out of the car the bag broke and that one hit thr ground and broke. 
SBD: icon blue I found hiding in the fridge..... The hops have kinda faded but it still has a good roasty flavor
