My guess is that you palette wants more hop forward offering. Pliny is not that. That being said, it is no less wonderful.

I lurk in the dark these days mostly. Though I am having an Abita Amber at Texas Road House in Alexandria right now. This will be 1 & 2BD before heading to a wedding.

Pliny still staying in my most desired playlist. Hell the last 3 or so batches of ghost aren't even remotely on the same level at Pliny.

Yep its a great beer, and don't get me wrong I love the NE juice bombs just like the rest of us but those west coast IPA are so good when fresh, almost a lost art
