The Abyss will be gone from the brewpub tonight, or tomorrow at the latest. It willshow up in bbottle shopsin about a week. Some bbottle shops sell out quick, others release there allotment a little bit at a time, so you'll see it around for a month or so.

The Abyss is not something I drink a lot of in one sitting...

Bubble wrap? I just use duct tape. 3-4 times around will do it. Even if the bottle breaks, the duct tape seals the beer in. I recommend straining your beer if that happens, though...

If this were readily available to me, I think I would drink it every night before I went to sleep. Satisfies my beer cravings and sweet tooth all at once.

Awesome beer. That and Maudite are always in my rotation. Unibroue has a solid lineup.

Saved the other half of that last one for another night.

Poured a quick sip of homebrewed espresso imperial stout, and I'm calling it a night.

Will likely be a light beer weekend for me. Not light beer, as in BMC, but as in not much opportunity to drink any. But we shall see. May have a lunch beer or two tomorrow.
