Looks like a Backwoods Bastard to me. How does it pair with the Sour Cream. Thanks for keeping it classy with Daisy.

Yeah, user error on that one. That was last night. I'm back to dranking outside. GF says high 40s is too cold to be outside but I'm a gamer*. I'm done waiting for spring.
*not a video gamer, "life gamer"

NBD- Proximity Project white rabbit. It's a nice change of pace.

Yep. Rare Trait is still excellent but everything else was average or slightly above.

This is nice. Just clean and crisp. I could drink a lot of these.

FBD when I made it home earlier
After a courtesy nap
The Flora was incredible. The kiwi was very mild, coming in on the finish. But the cherry and raspberry were in full force, and they really shined. One of the better fruited variants of Flora I've had.
This Madness & Civilization is batch 11. That's apparently a two year old Damon blended with their batch 1000 stout that sat in bourbon barrels for a year. The blend was then aged on Ecuadorian cacao nibs and Ethiopian coffee beans. It's WOW. There's a woodiness on the nose that you definitely get on the swallow, and some delicate notes of caramel and vanilla, but this is primarily just beautiful dark, roasty chocolate with minimal bitterness. It's excellent, and I'm sure it will only get better as it warms.
